R. Andrew Rodriguez received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Texas Christian University in 1992, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and a recipient of various scholarships.
Mr. Rodriguez received his law degree in 1996 from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where he was a merit scholarship recipient.
