Tom Crosley Delivers Speech on Legal Issues involving Uninsured Motorists

Tom Crosley gave a presentation in Dallas at a legal seminar yesterday.  The seminar was hosted by the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and was entitled “Road Rules Dallas: A Crash Course Car Wreck Seminar.”  Mr. Crosley spoke on Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists Coverage.  His presentation included a review of Texas case law since the 2006 Texas Supreme Court opinion in Brainard v.
