On May 17, 2011, Elite Top TX Verdicts magazine, published by NY-based legal publisher VerdictSearch, revealed the list of the top jury trial verdicts in Texas during 2010.  Once again, one of Tom Crosley’s cases was on the list.  The case of Mulder v. Venture Transport, which involved an 18-wheeler collision, was tried by Crosley in San Antonio in November 2010.  The 8-figure verdict ranked as the 5th largest in the Motor Vehicle category, and the 29th highest verdict overall.

Speaking of the Mulder case, Crosley said, “The jury verdict was a whole lot more than just a big number.  It was the culmination of two years of hard work, and was a complete and total vindication of my client.  The verdict has allowed him to pay for medical treatment, to replace his lost income, and to escape the financial strain and uncertainty caused by his injuries.”
